Continuing Education Units
ICER's Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are for Nursing Home Administrators who have already obtained their licenses.
In order to maintain active licensure, each NHA in Pennsylvania must complete 48 hours of credits every other year.
All 48 credits toward licensure can be earned on line or through a variety of other modalities, however most NHA's find that attending class can be more stimulating and interesting. Please contact the State Board if there is any question about the variety of programs that can qualify for licensure CEUs.
The fee for each Continuing Education Unit Course is $95.
If you are a licensed NHA in need of credits, you may attend sessions within the 120-Hour Course, as they are also pre-approved by the Board and can be taken toward maintaining licensure.
