The Nursing Department & Resident Care Management

Participants will understand the structure of the nursing department, the levels of nursing staff, developing appropriate PPD levels, the role of the RNAC in the MDS process, education and supervision of staff, and the federal and state regulations that specifically govern the nursing department. The National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) of the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) has approved this class for 7.00 clock hours and 7.00 participant hours.
