Introduction to Gerontology, Diseases of Aging, Death & Dying

An overview of aging, including the differences between normal aging and disease, the study of gerontology, the role of practitioners within the nursing home, atypical manifestations of confusion in older adults and the role of the medical director in the provision of medical care in facilities.
